Your situation is very different but then again we are not all the same. I always feel better when my Tsh is low and my t4 is lowered as a hashimoto patient.

i want to get my antibodies down down to nil (if possible). I hate this illness, its the pits. Experimenting with 200mcg selenium and vitamin e and of course my thyroid pill which went back to 30mg of armour. I have asked them to check antibodies in my blood test as well so I can compare if they are up, down, or just gone sideways. Normally they don't do that (check for antibodies unless you ask for it).

Taking 30mgs of armour but feeling only 96%. Maybe because (silly me) doesn't wait 30 minutes before eating food after taking it on an empty stomach? Tomorrow I will try it again that way and see how I go?

Yes I didn't read the label, I just started taking it, but this morning I took it 30 minutes before eating and will continue to do so. Anyway how are you feeling these days interactive?

TWO things are making me not feel good:
1st - i can't walk , atfer i walk for about half a mile i get really tired, its not "normal" tired like when you walk for 20 miles, its more like i suddenly get exausted and need to sit down right away.
2nd - my weight is 141 pounds (last summer i was great and had 171 pounds) and i think that's why i get tired, my muscles are very weak, i'm too skinny.

if i could walk normally and gain a few pounds than i could say i'm okay but since i can't walk i'm not so good.

    tnx for asking

Just a suggestion interactive, are you iodine deficient? I was reading online that iodine raises your TSH levels and reactivates your thyroid gland. Perhaps you can look into it and take iodine supplements? these may make you feel "normal" or perhaps even good for once?

    i don't know it's just a thought.
