    Do. It is important.
Feeling yuk at the mo - lots of aches and pains as well as the usual Hash rubbish. Allergic to bread, milk, plus loads more. Wonder about lupus. Gonna ask the doc when I can go and see her. Hope you and everyone are having a good day x

Anni have you been tested for coeliac. I have a feeling you said you had. It is worth going on a gluten and
dairy free diet, it really does make you feel a lot better, and its not so difficult to get a good variety of
foods these days. Its just eating out thats a bit difficult.

Hope you are having a better day.

    Re: Colonic cancer

. Still feel yakky. Started to get voice prob sorted and have colonoscopies every 3 months (delight! ) but told gP yesterday how I feel generally and she cannot do much she says. Gonna have bloods for vit D def and magnesium and calcium and that is about it - oh yes - steroid jab in my tender shoulder . People my age don't get lupus she said (that ain't what it says on't interweb). I don't think it is that but obviously there is something. Was trying to explain the symptoms i have - some are very similar. Daren't mention fibromyalgia. She deigned to acknowledge that sopme folk with Hash suffer weird symptoms. Ho hum. Told her I am not attention seeking and don't want all this stuff going on. Diet changed big style - wheat and lactose free, high fibre, low fat. Can gave red wine tho'! Mightget it all sorted one day and feel good. Hope you are all having a good day x
