    is this thyroid related?? plz help

    Hi after having my first son 5yrs ago i was diaognosed with hyperthyroidism the docs over medicated me n now im hypothyroid currently takin 50mcg levothyroidoxine. now after having my 2nd son 10month ago i keep getting eppisodes of really strange head sensations and feeling off balance and cant focus properly infact its quite distressing n i feel as though im loosing my mind...im told its anxiety but i was wondering if it cud b thyroid related? wenever i have bloods done docs always say my thyroid is stable so i dont know any advice wud b much appreciated xx

    did you go to your GP? maybe he has some advice, endo's alway have the same answer - your thyroid is OK, go away

    Yea im just told anxiety but im not anxious or worried about anything other than feeling like this

    I know, that's what i'm saying to my endo. i don't know what to do anymore. meds don't help!!!

    My mrs have similar symptoms after our first child. I think it is hormones related so give it sometime to settle. I used to have low adrenal reserves and I had similar symptoms. I found going on high protein diet really helped me. Eating little of wheat, dairy products and rice etc but have lots of protein like chicken, lamb, fish etc.

    Also try taking some rest during mid day and whenever you can to give your body a boost. Sometimes I felt like room is moving like an earth quake but in reality there was no movement.
