Hi there @skyblue , My thyroid has gone the other way, though the symptoms sound the same (apart from eyebrows). My answer has been to have a good doctor, he has speeded the treatment up for me. I have found the internet to be of NO USE however. Not sure how much help this site is either, though will give it time. I am 48 and have a responsible job/career. Can't say I am happy about being off work.

Hey @skyblue what were your last blood test results? Did you start 50mcg straight away or built it up from 25mcg?

It all depends to be honest.....it takes up to 3 months to build up proper thyroxine and then body starts functioning in a better way. Otherwise you keep feeling underactive or overactive symptoms all the time.

Happy New year to all of you @poorlyboy , @johnphilip and @skyblue . Hope new year brings you joy and you get rid of this extremely complicated issue.
