ANY IDEAS PLEASE!
Believe, as test measures amount of hormone in saliva, that means "circulating" hormone. Is this this always reflective of actual adrenal output though?

What if you have receptor uptake or tissue resistance problem? Whouldn't it then be feasible that the actual adrenal hormone output may not be reflected in the amount of circulating hormone found in Saliva?

Any ideas fellow Saliva Testing friends?
