    Thank you,
I was born and raised in Ukraine, but I live in the US for 17 years.
I am currently on Natural Thyroid by Erfa, Canada, 3.5 grains/day.
I also take bunch of supplements to support my liver, bones, adrenals, iron levels and vit D deficiency.
I do NOT have a great doctor, but I see the naturopathic Md, and she prescribes me natural thyroid replacement.
I was previously on Synthroid for 1 year without real success..
I still have ways to go, yet, I am reading and educating myself a lot about Hashi and different ways of treating it.
I have been on armour thyroid before with great success, until April of 2009 when this medication was reformulated and the "new" Armour did not work that well.. So, I have switched to natural thyroid by Erfa. I like it , I am on it since January of 2010.
I still need to learn a lot, hope, I can do it soon,

    Best wishes
    Nataliy
