Free Vit D ebook, Scotland but useful for all UK

I note this is a good ebook with lots of info, it is written for the Scottish because of the low amount of uvb light there but is applicable to most of the UK and various lifestyles and northerly areas

the link to the pdf is at the end of the text about Scotland.
The rest of this site is rather good too.

Good article.Dawn - I have recently started taking D3 but only 400 iu, perhaps I'd better do an

increase. Solgar 1,000 is supposed to be good !

Can you hear me rattling yet?

    Can't find the book though.

    Yes Ginny
lol I think all on these forums are probably rattling, and can we have enough cupboard space for supplements? I DON'T think so lol
Yes you should be better higher than that Ginny. I wish they would sort out the recommmded doses to be honest. We are taking 50,000iu a week to boost up because of the extreme deficiency then after that I am going to take at least 4000 a day because I cannot get out of the house much. However will be asking for regular testing, don't wanna go toxic, would be more careful if I couldn't get the testing. I suppose everyones needs are different with regards, age, illnesses, sun exposure, position in world, food, etc, too many perameters to standardise it really.

    Hope you can get some.

    What book?

    lotsa luv
