My memory is terrible lately, is this due to my B12?

Since i have reduced my B12, I have a few embarassing problems, someone come up to me and told me they worked with me a few weeeks ago and I couldnt remember them, and then someone said alright Ric......I said, oh HIYA.....walking away going who the hell was that!!!

Im just wandering if its due to the reduction? Or maybe its something else...like my Thyroid??

    Hope your all well!!

Well it could be to do with B12 reduction, but also it might be Hypo-Brain, there again we all
have forgotten people in the past so it could be plain ole Anno Domini

Let your D3 and calcium to be cheked. If you had a surgery on your thyroid probebly you do not have enough parathormon and you might have hypocalcemia and lack of D3.
