    Where to get your B12

One post which I know was deleted was where I gave a link to a new supplier of Jarrows B12
methylcobalimin. This is cheaper than anywhere else I know of either here or abroad, and though
they dont seem to do the 5,000 mcg strength they are so cheap, especially if you have several
bottles. I have not tried them myself as I have good supplies, but I believe they are a new
company and delivery is very quick.

Vitamin B12 in one of the most important vitamins and every one must have to
keep any eye on the deficiency of it.There are symptoms which can reveal the
fact that these vitamins are deficient in one's body.

I add nutritional yeast to most savoury dishes I make, but also I consume nori on occasion when I eat mock fish. Unfortunately that is the only way I can stomach nori so I don't have a natural source more often than that. I also eat the occasional vegie dog, each of which is fortified with 50% of the RDI. I think it is important for all vegans to get blood tests to ensure they have adequate levels of B12 if they have been vegan for longer than 3-5 years since there are no physical symptoms of B12 deficiency until irreparable damage has been done.
