    I have just bought the book The Calcium Lie and am working my way through it, I find
    its fascinating reading and extremely thought provoking. So far I have not been able to disagree
    with much of what is written. There is a lot of info on the above site, just as an appetizer.

    Dawn I think this could be of interest to you as I believe you mentioned you were having problems
    sorting your electrolytes. I am just beginning to delve into that area, but have found a UK site which
    supplies ionic minerals, I don't know if you have used them

    I have a massive vit D deficiency and so cannot absorb calcium- could do with a bit of concrete for my poor old teeth which are suffeing big style.
