    Loosing Weight?

I have heard so many people saying they gain weight and then are unable to loose weight at all and blame it all to thyroid or adrenal issues.

I am having totally opposite symptoms. I am not loosing weight big time but have noticed my weight fluctuation from 72Kg to 67Kg and now I seem to be stable on 67Kg. It seems I don't gain much weight at all no matter what I eat? Does it indicate any sort of problem with the body or could it be just genetics?

Anyone else unable to gain weight even they want to?

Hey Sid, if your weight is within the much critised BMI range, I dont see a problem. I on the other hand am so far outsite the BMI range, I cant even see it anymore

I have lost 25 pounds since October though, this is mainly due to me doing weightwatchers. And I suppose the increase of meds has helped also dadachris

    for that Ric

There is still a very long way to go but finally after three years we can see just a chink of light at the end of the tunnel. I do hope it's not a train coming in the other direction.

Happy new year to you and your family.

    Regards

    David
