Progress - It's all working out it appears

The treatment seems to be working very well for me as I am taking 225mcg thyroxine along with 20mcg cortef.

I usually take thyroxine first thing in the morning before getting out of my bed and then first dose of cortef is around 09:00 am after my breakfast.

Having read a few other adrenal related highly recommended books, I have added a few more supplements to my diet which appear to be working very well.

The list goes on

07:00 - 225mcg Thyroxine (Eltroxin)
08:15 - Breakfast
09:00 - 10mcg Cortef + 2g Vitamin C + 500mg Time Release Vitamin B5 (Panthothenic Acid)
12:00 - 3 Tablets Hydrolysed Collagen (From H&B) + 2g Vitamin C
13:00 - Lunch
13:30 - Multivitamins + 2g/Vitamin C + 5mcg Cortef + 500mcg Vitamin B5 + 400iU Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols) + 3g Fish Oil + 500mg Evening Primrose Oil + Mega Release B100 (Vitamin B Complex) + 60mcg Q10 + Ginko Bilboa + Korean Ginseng(Dear God)
15:00 - Some fruits / Bagel
16:00 - 2g Vitamin C
18:45 - 3 Tablets Hydrolysed Collagen + 1g L-Tyrosine
19:30 - Dinner
20:00 - 2g Vitamin C + 3g Fish Oil + 1g L-Arginine
22:00 - ZMA (Zing Magneisum Formula) + 100mg 5-HTP

Now Symptoms list which I still have even after results being close enough to optimum

1) Skin still not firm on arms and is quite dry at hands (Probably not enough collagen)
2) Still feel have light cirlces around my eyes which could improve. Living in hope

Things on which I have improved recently

1) Better focus - improvement in quality of work at work.
2) Blood pressure - It was always like 105/60 and recently it's been 113/65 which is close enough to good.
3) No more dizziness all the time...get it once in a while...cant live with that.
4) Gym is still off the list as dont want to work hard when on cortef.
5) Not extremely serious and angry like used to be before.
6) Temperature have been quite nice as well. Dont measure my basal temperature anymore but daily temperature are more or less 98.2 Celsius
